I got this idea from Facebook & thought I would post it on here. I asked Gracie these questions & these are her answers.

3. What makes mom sad? If I don't like her

4. How does your mom make you laugh? If she laughs at someone that makes me laugh

5. What was your mom like as a child? played volleyball or soccer or play with Daddy & loved him so much & love me so much

8. What is her favorite thing to do? Play play-do with me & love me

9. What does your mom do when you're not around? Play with Daddy & watch movies

10. If your mom becomes famous, what will it be for? For to love me

11. What is your mom really good at? playing with me

12. What is your mom not very good at? Doing soccer

13. What does your mom do for a job? To work at the church

14.What is your mom's favorite food? Spatula & brownies

15.What makes you proud of your mom? Because you play with me

18. How are you and your mom the same? If we have 2 purple shirts & the same pants

19. How are you and your mom different? We are dressed different

20. How do you know your mom loves you? You tell me & I love you

22. Where is your mom's favorite place to go? To ice cream

I was a little hesitant to do this because I was worried about what she would say. I go to bed about every night & think 'I didn't play with her enough today'. Her answers told me I do play with her & it is so important to her that I do!

CASSIDY'S BOO-BOO

While at church 2 weeks ago, Cassidy attempted to ride on a tricycle & fell off & hit right on the edge of a table leg. It was really scary (more for me than her!) & she ended up being ok, it just left a nice mark!

SACRIFICES

I love, love, love Bath & Body Works hand soap - It has become all I use. But, we are doing Financial Peace University by Dave Ramsey. We are currently working on Baby Step #1 - Save, save, save. We are trying to live like no one else, so later we can live like no one else. Kind of hard, but it will be worth it!
Well, I am running out of the hand soap. Bummer! So, one way I am making sacrifices is not going to buy more. I have a couple bottles of Wal-mart brand peach scented soap & they smell just fine but I just haven't been using them because I like the B&B Works better. I can usually get them for pretty cheap because they are always on sale, but I am not going to this time! I am going to sacrifice & use the soap I already have.
Hard, but we are one step closer to Financial Peace!

WHERE'S CASSIDY?

I always turn the bath water on & then let it fill while I get the girls ready & get their towels. Cassidy loves bathtime, she usually stands & plays with the faucet while the water is running. The other night I got it started as usual & went to grab the girls but I didn't see Cassidy standing by the tub. I went looking through the house but she was no where to be found. I went to ask Gracie, who was getting ready for bath, if she knew where Cassidy was & this is where we found her:

Our little climber had somehow gotten herself in the tub, clothes & all & was happily playing in the water. I have no idea how she got there, she wasn't crying & she didn't appear to have any bumps.

After the shock & laughter wore off I realized how scary the situation actually was. She could have fallen in & nobody was in there to help! Thank you God for watching over her!

Oh, & now I get everything ready before I start the water!

A SUCCESS!

I did it! I attempted to make some sugar cookies with Gracie the other day & they turned out great! The only thing I did different is refrigerated the dough for 15 minutes. Am I supposed to do that everytime? Who cares - it worked!!! I will try that from now on & maybe, just maybe I can be a mom who makes good cookies! Here is a picture of my success! Oh yeah & the recipe I used? It was a cookie mix that came in a little gift tin that my mom got the girls, which means I will probably never be able to find that mix again, oh well! One out of 10 other times isn't that bad is it?
